Solicitors
I work with a fantastic solicitor in the local area so I can put you in touch with them to discuss things further.
They will help you in every aspect after your sale is agreed, they can help you to open your bank account, obtain an NIE number and will even help you to sort out your electricity, water etc. They will also help you after the sale if you need it for things such as non-residents tax, wills and many other services.

Inspection Trips
For an inspection trip, I do work a little differently from some agents. I feel the best way is if we discuss and agree dates, you arrange your flights and either I can arrange accommodation for you or you can do this yourself. I can take you to and from the airport and during your stay if needed, show you around the area as well as lots of properties that I feel suit your needs.
I usually recommend a minimum of 3 days for these trips so you have plenty of time to get everything done, they are usually a lot of fun, busy of course but I will always make sure you have some free time to relax and enjoy the sunshine!
The most important thing to remember is that I can work with almost every agent in our area so there is no need for you to make lots of different appointments, I can make all of the arrangements to show you suitable properties during your visit.
Selling Your Property
I am also here to help you sell your home here in Spain, I advertise on several well known portals including ´A Place In The Sun´ and I also use a lot of social media to market your property and make sure we are getting maximum exposure.
Likewise I can share the property with the other agents I work closely with, meaning your property will be seen by agencies dealing with various different nationalities/clients however you have just one point of contact for it all to make everything less stressful!
