The Bay Properties was founded by Abigail (Abi), who was born and raised in the North East of England. Having visited Spain from a young age, Abigail developed a lasting love for the Costa Blanca South and made the move permanently in 2017. With many years of estate agency experience in the UK, she brought her knowledge, passion, and professionalism to helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes here in Spain.
Abi fully embraces the Spanish lifestyle and now lives happily in the Costa Blanca sunshine with her husband and two children. Her genuine love for the area and commitment to her clients are at the heart of everything The Bay Properties stands for.
